Guidelines in wake of COVID-19 pandemic
- Do pre book an appointment before visiting a salon.
- Do carry a fresh set of disposable gloves.
- Do carry a fresh set of face mask in addition to the one used while driving to the Salon.
- Wear disposable gloves just before entering the Salon.
- Replace the face mask with the new one before entering the Salon.
- Discuss your Service requirements before visiting the Salon.
- Limit yourself to one service per visit to reduce your stay time a salon.
- Do carry your own clean set of towels for use.
- Ensure Instruments to be used are taken out from steriliser in your presence.
- Ask for hygiene standards being followed before confirming your booking.
- Request home delivery of products, if any, to be purchased from a Salon.
DON'Ts FOR VISITORS TO SALONS

- Do not visit a Salon if you are allergic to dust or any specific type of odour.
- Do not visit the salon during or immediately after health issues. Do not visit Salon if having symptoms of flu.
- Do not touch any furniture or surface inside the Salon including main door handle without using a pair of fresh gloves.
- Do not add services other than what is pre booked.
- Do not get angry if the Salon staff refuses you a service demanded.
- Do not visit a salon with your family members or friends.
- Avoid handshakes, hugs and other nonessential physical contacts.
